Welcome to eviecahalenforsheriff.com, the official website of Evie Cahalen for Sheriff, the authorized campaign committee supporting Evie Cahalen for Sheriff of Flathead County, Montana.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, features, or services offered through the Site. By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when changes were last made. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
USE OF THE SITE
The Site is provided for informational purposes to share information about Evie Cahalen's campaign for Sheriff, including platform, events, news, ways to get involved, volunteer opportunities, and donation options.

Campaign trademarks and logos may not be used without authorization, except to identify official campaign materials.
USE OF SUBMISSION
If the Site allows submissions (e.g., comments, event RSVPs, volunteer forms, or messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such submissions in connection with the campaign.
You represent that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights and are not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
We may review, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion but are not obligated to do so.
DONATIONS & PAYMENTS
If the Site accepts donations, all contributions are voluntary and made to support the campaign. We do not store sensitive payment details.
Donations are subject to Montana campaign finance laws, including contribution limits, reporting requirements, and prohibitions on certain sources (e.g., corporate contributions in some cases). By donating, you certify that the contribution complies with applicable laws and is not made in the name of another to conceal the true contributor.
Refunds are generally not provided except as required by law or at our discretion.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
